  1. Fabulous space, uncluttered and calming.Β  I am finding in my design practice that more and more clients are requesting this type of minimalist design to balance the craziness and stimulation of all the technology and their very busy lives.

  2. Love the design of the home. I just found it funny when he said "beautiful view" and it panned to super bleak buildings and brown water lol. I guess the weather wasn't cooperating that day.

  3. Except for the master bathroom, which is too open for my taste, but overall, this is my kind of interior.. very sleek & contemporary but still feels warm. I love the color scheme. And it looks lived in. I don't like houses/interiors that look design magazine-perfect.. this one is done just right..

  4. I don't think the homeowner understands that her interior decorator did NOT "make" any of that furniture. LOL!! She kept saying, "Felix made beautiful furniture for me/us." All I saw was a rich person's home. I do however want to know more about that cat! Was that a Persian cat?
